The FDIC Consumer Response Center handles consumer complaints or inquiries about state banks that are not members of the Federal Reserve System.

You may call and speak to a specialist about your concerns, but in order for FDIC to investigate or review your issues, your complaints must be in writing. You may fax, mail, or email your complaint, and you should provide copies of all pertinent documentation.
